Al’s leadership is defined by his unique blend of executive acumen, global team-building, and a relentless focus on innovation. His career spans continents, with a track record of delivering impressive ROI while spearheading groundbreaking projects that transform industries.

Currently, Al is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Starke-AMG, a company leading advanced manufacturing solutions. He’s also the Co-Founder of Innovate Inn and Jewel Creek Farm, showcasing his dynamic range of interests and contributions. In addition to his business ventures, Al holds leadership roles as Vice President and SA Chair for the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and sits on numerous advisory boards, including the Australian Institute of Business and the Centre for Enterprise Dynamics in Global Economies.

Al’s contributions extend beyond business. A decorated recipient of the First Class Medal of Military Duty, one of Egypt’s highest honors, Al’s background in the Egyptian Armed Forces taught him discipline, resilience, and leadership.
