Nathan Jones is the Co-Founder of MOOD.ai, the world’s most intuitive workplace wellbeing platform, and the Founding Director of the Mood Institute. With over 20 years of experience as a corporate presenter and commercial voice artist for global brands like Paramount, Adidas, and Microsoft, Nathan seamlessly blends communication expertise with groundbreaking research in emotional intelligence.
Holding a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Adelaide, Nathan’s innovative research focused on using visual cues like color and emojis to measure emotions. This work laid the foundation for MOOD.ai, a pioneering platform set to launch in 2025, designed to enhance psychological safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
A TEDx speaker and award-winning entrepreneur, Nathan has delivered more than 50 keynotes and workshops globally in 2024, including talks at SXSW and the World Congress on Positive Psychology.
